Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Bacheify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Platform Services
Bacheify provides a marketplace connecting property owners with tenants seeking bachelor accommodation. We facilitate listings, bookings, and payments but are not a party to rental agreements between owners and tenants.
3. Fees
Property owners pay a one-time listing fee to publish properties. Tenants pay a platform service fee at checkout. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
4. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, comply with local laws, and treat properties and other users with respect. Fraudulent listings or bookings will result in account termination.
5. Limitation of Liability
Bacheify is not liable for disputes between owners and tenants, property conditions, or issues arising from rental agreements. Our liability is limited to the platform fees paid.
